March-April 2020 Service Information

Currently it is business as usual and we are still shipping orders all across Europe at the time of this post. We will not be providing delivery information updates for each country on our store. This is because restrictions around Europe and certain regions are quickly changing. Our advice on display here may then prove to be no longer accurate should there be any further virus related restrictions imposed by governments or delivery companies.

If you wish to ask us any questions at all however, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help where we can.

You can use the chat box to talk to us live, or send a message out of hours. We aim to get back to all messages on the same day or by the next morning.

Thankfully there are no issues to our shipments of stock coming in from Indonesia, and presently we have plenty in storage at our facility to help cushion any potential delays in the near future.

We dispatch our products from mainland Europe via our overnight tracked courier services which are thankfully running well and on time. If there is any slight delay it may well be due to short staff along the route or in your locality. Please be patient with the delivery services if your item doesn’t make it on time – the delivery agents are doing a vital service at present and we should be grateful of that during this unprecedented time.

Important! Be aware that any returns could take many weeks to get back to our warehouse given the situation with couriers at present. We do not provide refunds for goods until we have received them back for a check to see if they are unopened and not damaged.

Note: DHL are no longer providing the option of collection from service points due to some premises being closed or no longer accessible due to government restrictions. Please therefore only order to a property address that you will be present at, or a collection locker location that is confirmed to be open and not inside a closed premises.
