How do I place my order?

Customers do not need register when purchasing goods from our web store. By pressing the button marked ‘Add to Cart’, you can fill up your shopping cart with your desired products. When you’re finished choosing, you can either proceed straight to the checkout or view the shopping cart total to calculate shipping costs.

What’s the benefit of registration?

By registering on our site, you can save your address details to make the process of ordering in the future much quicker. All your order details will be stored so that you can easily check and track the progress of your order.

When will you be able to reply to my email?

Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm CET, unless otherwise specified on one of our site updates. Please check the site updates to see if there is a store holiday period or bank holiday which may disrupt normal response times. During business hours we endeavor to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours of receiving email. Please add shop[at]kratomsupply.net and info[at]kratomsupply.net to your address book to ensure that you receive our emails. Please also check you junk mail box as your mail provider may have diverted it.

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose one of two methods…

1) Bank Transfer

Select this payment method and complete checkout; you will then be presented with all the relevant details that you can use to complete your bank transfer payment. Please note that your bank transfer must be made on the same day as you receive the request. Payment must be received into our bank within 3 working days of our request or your order will be cancelled. This helps us correctly manage the available stock on our site. Please note that stock is only reserved for an order following completed payment. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please complete payment immediately to avoid disappointment.

If you’re looking to make quick payments to our Netherlands bank account for your orders, don’t get ripped off by your bank’s fees and slow transfer times.

We highly recommend using the services provided by online currency transfer services who offer quick and easy payments from one bank account to another overseas. Please use google to search for the best one in your region, as their services may be cheaper and faster than your own bank.

2) Bitcoin or Altcoins

New to Crypto currency? It needed be difficult at all these days. You can quickly and easily buy bitcoins using card payments, bank transfer  and other methods to make your purchase with from CoinGate – our payment partners.

Pay for you Kratom using Bitcoin and various altcoins – just add the products you want to your shopping basket and then choose the ‘Bitcoin’ payment option when checking out.
