21st December is the last recommended date for 1st Class UK mail to arrive before Christmas.
If you have any urgent/time sensitive kratom orders we would always recommend using a guaranteed next day service from Interlink. This is available to select when checking out.
Kratom makes a great Christmas present and many of you may wish to stock up before the holiday period so we thought it would be a great time to remind you of our planned dispatches during this time.
Monday the 21st will be the last day of our usual dispatches before we close for our Christmas break. This is also the last date that Royal Mail recommend posting for delivery before Christmas. After this date we will not be making any further dispatches until the 29th December, when we will be dispatching any orders placed after 2pm on the 21st. Our usual service resumes on the 4th January 2016.
As we will not be able to conduct our usual dispatches during our Christmas breaks, we are offering all customers the chance to save 10% on our usual prices for any orders placed during these dates. This 10% discount applies to all orders placed between the 22nd December to the 1st December. This will be automatically discounted from your cart during checkout.
Any order placed after 2pm on the 21st December 2015 will not be shipped until the 29th December 2015.

Bank Holiday – Monday 26 May
There will be no deliveries or collections made by Royal Mail in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales on Monday 26 May due to the Spring Bank Holiday. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 27 May. This means we will be unable to dispatch any orders or reply to any emails on this date.
Any order placed after 2pm today will be dispatched on Tuesday 27th May, our usual service resumes on this date.

We will be closed for the day on Wednesday the 21st May. This means we will be unable to make any dispatches on this date.
We will be extending our same day dispatch deadline to 3pm on Tuesday the 20th May. This means any orders placed after this time will be shipped on Thursday the 22nd May.
We are also offering 10% off any orders placed between 3pm Tuesday 20th and 2pm on Wednesday the 21st. Simply enter the following code may21ten when checking out. This will allow you to save 10% from your order total to compensate for the slight delay of dispatch for your order.
As we will not be in the office, we will respond to any emails received after close of business on Tuesday the 20th, as soon as we return to the office on Thursday 22nd.
Due to the Easter Bank Holiday in the UK we will be unable to dispatch orders on Good Friday the 18th or Easter Monday the 21st April.
Any orders placed after 2pm (UK Time) on Thursday the 17th April will be shipped on the following Tuesday, the 22nd April.
There will also be no post being delivered in the UK on the 18th or 21st April, so if you are a UK customer please be aware that orders placed on the 17th will most likely arrive on the 22nd as Royal Mail’s Saturday service can be sporadic.
There will be no next day service available to order during the 17th-20th. Please ensure any time sensitive orders are placed before then to allow successful dispatch.
