How do I place my order?

Customers do not need register when purchasing goods from our web store. By pressing the button marked ‘Add to Cart’, you can fill up your shopping cart with your desired products. When you’re finished choosing, you can either proceed straight to the checkout or view the shopping cart total to calculate shipping costs.

By registering on our site, you can save your address details to make the process of ordering in the future much quicker. All your order details will be stored so that you can easily check and track the progress of your order.

When will you be able to reply to my email?

Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm CET, unless otherwise specified on one of our site updates. Please check the site updates to see if there is a store holiday period or bank holiday which may disrupt normal response times. During business hours we endeavor to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours of receiving email. Please add shop[at]kratomsupply.net and info[at]kratomsupply.net to your address book to ensure that you receive our emails. Please also check you junk mail box as your mail provider may have diverted it.

How can I pay for my order?

 

Bank Transfer – select this payment method and complete checkout; you will then be presented with all the relevant details that you can use to complete your bank transfer payment. Please note that your bank transfer must be made on the same day as you receive the request. Payment must be received into our bank within 3 working days of our request or your order will be cancelled. This helps us correctly manage the available stock on our site. Please note that stock is only reserved for an order following completed payment. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please complete payment immediately to avoid disappointment.

If you’re looking to make quick payments to our Netherlands bank account for your orders, don’t get ripped off by your bank’s fees and slow transfer times!

We highly recommend using the services offered by TransferWise who offer quick and easy payments from one bank account to another overseas.

You’ll find that the rates offered by TransferWise always beats those offered by your own bank account, not to mention the fact that customers who have used the service on a weekday morning have seen their payments arrive with us on the same day.

If you wish to take advantage of this option, just select ‘bank transfer’ at the checkout. You’ll then be presented with our account details that you can provide to TransferWise to complete payment. Simply use your order number as the reference so that we can match up your payment with your order on our system.
